As an Organisational Psychologist, Senior Associate in the Strategy and Business Transformation space,facilitator, coach and public speaker, Mampai's passion is people.

This is true whether managing and developing talent, coaching and facilitating individuals and teams to their greatest potential; or imparting her unique brand of motivation and inspiration to an audience.

Mampai’s speaking and emceeing career spans almost 12 years and she has featured as a speaker at events such as the IPM Convention in Sun City and Windhoek, Namibia 2011, the 1st HR Summit in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania 2011; HR Future  Conference in South Africa 2015, and the 12th HR Summit in Arusha, Tanzania 2022. As an MC she has hosted a number of events, among them the Exxaro Long Service  Awards 2018, Grootegeluk Sustainability Summit 2019,  Exxaro CEO’s Evergreen Awards Ceremony 2021 (500+ pax) and the Belfast Sustainability Summit 2022 (700+ pax).

Most recently, Mampai was a judge for the 2023 WIMA (Women In Management Africa) Awards. Mampai is confident and articulate on stage, and connects with her audience through infectious energy and sharp wit.

Prior to showcasing her talents behind the microphone, Mampai could be found in boardrooms across the globe as a professional consultant, delivering business and people related projects in various industries. She brings integrity, humour and professionalism to absolutely everything she does, and aims - always - to surprise, delight and overdeliver.
