We managed to raise a total of R210 000 for the Coal for Hope in 2019.

Our Beneficiary was Optimum Mine workers impacted by mine closure. The funds we recieved were used for Grocery and necessities packages for the mine workers.

2019

We managed to raise a total of R100 000 for the Coal for Hope in 2020.

Our Beneficiary was Local SMMEs impacted by Covid-19. The funds we received were used for Used to buy food parcels for employees of small and medium-sized companies, which support the mines, which had lost income due to COVID-19.

2020

We managed to raise a total of R370 000 for the Coal for Hope in 2021.

Our Beneficiary was Langalethu brick making project in Klariniet. The funds we received were used for ProcureD brickmaking equipment, material and training for a group of women at the Langalethu Drop in centre in Klariniet, Emalahleni.

2021

We managed to raise a total of R400 000 for the Coal for Hope in 2022.

Our Beneficiary was Vukani Youth Printers and Sakhisizwe sawing project in Ogies. The funds we received were used for The projects are skills development initiatives to help the youth in design and printing for the Vukani Youth Printers and Sakhisizwe sawing and dress making projects.

2022

We managed to raise a total of R500 000 for the Coal for Hope in 2023.

Our Beneficiary was Mapimpana Children's Project at Doornkop. The funds we received were used for an after school feeding scheme for more than 200 children in the area. The funds were requested to upgrade the buildings so they can safely prepare meals for more kids and also assist them with school work after school.

2023

We managed to raise a total of R500 000 for the Coal for Hope in 2024 in pledges.

Our Beneficiary was Kedithabitha Agriculture & Projects (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic and enterprising agro business that was established to produce fresh farm produce in 2008 by Thabitha Chauke.
The company is wholly South African, black female owned and was incorporated under Certificate of Incorporation No. 2012/188294/07 and we are a B-BBEE Level 1 Contributor. Their goal is manage and coordinate the production, marketing and sale of fresh produce in Lephalale and support fellow small scale farmers in the district through mentoring and training and assist them to access reliable and sustainable market for their produce.
